 Ninja-Nastics is a fast-paced, action-packed class designed for active kids of   any gender who thrive on movement! This class emphasizes challenges, games,   and exciting obstacle courses, offering plenty of opportunities for freestyle   play and dynamic circuits. While the focus is on obstacle training and freestyle   movement, participants will also learn essential skills, such as rolls and safety   falls, to ensure they're protected during high-energy activities. Perfect for on-  the-go kiddos, Ninja-Nastics is a fun and engaging way to develop agility,   coordination, and confidence while staying active and safe!
