Pre Competitive Programs

Ages 4+

Athletes who demonstrate potential to thrive in our competitive programming in the future

Groups Range from:

2 to 9 Hours Per Week

Xcel Programs

Ages 7+

Athletes who are competing in the Xcel Stream

Groups Range from:

4 to 12 Hours Per Week

Provincial Programs

Ages 9+

Geared toward athletes who are competing level 3+ in a Provincial Stream

Groups Range from:

12 to 22 Hours Per Week

Aspire Programs

Ages 7+

Fast track programming geared toward athletes who have the potential to achieve high levels of gymnastics.

Groups Range from:

4 to 27 Hours Per Week
