Summer Session

Tumbling Classes

Join us this summer for one of our Tumbling Programs. These classes were created specifically for dancers, gymnasts, cheerleaders, and other athletes looking to improve their floor skills. Classes are 45 minutes and will focus on skill development using our full size sprung floor, tumble track, foam pit, and access to all of our training tools. Our instructors range from competitive level gymnastics coaches, cheer coaches, and dance specialists.

General Tumbling: 45 Minute class geared to athletes working on walkovers, handsprings and aerials

Tuesday 5:15pm General Tumbling

Tuesday 6:15pm General Tumbling

Tuesday 7:15pm General Tumbling (FULL)

Advanced Tumbling: 45 Minute class geared to athletes who have already mastered their standing back handspring. Focus on connecting s kills, and introducing advanced skills such as tucks, layouts, and twisting
