General Info

 If a coach misses a class, a substitute will be contacted to fill in. In the event a substitute cannot be reached and a class cancellation occurs, you will receive a notice by email, and the cancellation notice will be posted online as much in advance as possible. We try our best to reschedule a make-up class, but this is dependent on the schedule. If you cannot attend the make-up class you will receive a class refund/credit towards the next term, or a SSA T-shirt (your choice). *If a cancellation occurs due to weather, there are NO refunds.*

There is a $30.00 non refundable deposit for each term. If you cancel the whole term within the first three weeks you will receive a full refund minus the $30.00 deposit and $25.00 insurance fee. If you cancel after the first three weeks, there are no refunds issued.

Long hair should be tied back and jewelry such as dangling earrings, long necklaces, and watches are prohibited. Students should wear comfortable clothing that they can easily move in, or a gymnastics leotard. Please try to use the restroom prior to your gymnastics lesson, to help limit the spread of germs during Covid-19.

If you fail to make payment by the designated deadline, your spot will be given away to new kids/kids on the waitlist.

Birthday parties are no-longer being offered

CAMP POLICIES

Full refund if you cancel 14 days prior to the start of the camp, 50% refund if you cancel one week prior to the start of camp, and NO refunds if you cancel after this. All refunds reflect a $30.00 non-refundable deposit.
